When it comes to how many cans you should consume daily, it really varies from person to person. Factors like your body weight, sex, activity level, age, and the number of drinks you typically have all play a role.

Optimal Nutrient Intake

Recent research suggests that for optimal health, you should aim for:

• 4–6g of sodium
• 3.5–5g of potassium
• 400–600mg of magnesium

Listen to Your Body

Start slowly (1 or 2 cans) and pay attention to how your body responds. You'll notice the positive changes when you find the right balance for yourself.

Feeling fatigued?

Instead of reaching for an energy drink after a long day of work or studies, grab a can of Revive! Chances are, your tiredness is due to dehydration - and Revive not only rehydrates but is actually good for you.

Going out?

A good strategy is to have one can before you go out, one while you're out, and one after. However, this can differ based on individual needs.

Again, listen to Your Body

It is always nice to reinforce: Start slowly (1 or 2 cans) and pay attention to how your body responds. You'll notice the positive changes when you find the right balance for yourself.

No, REVIVE has no caffeine content. REVIVE is a hydration drink, not an energy drink.

So you are able to drink REVIVE any time of the day without affecting your sleep! Including right before bed.
