Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made from REVIVE AS through our website www.drinkrevive.no. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We are based in Norway and operate under Norwegian consumer protection laws.
2. Products and Availability
We sell physical products, including consumables. All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if a product is unavailable or if there is an error in pricing or product information.
3. Prices and Taxes
All prices are listed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not apply to confirmed orders.
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Vipps
- Google Pay
- PayPal
- Klarna
- Shop Pay
Payment is processed at the time of purchase. Transactions are handled securely through our third-party payment providers.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship only within Norway, using Bring and PostNord. Customers can choose between delivery to a pick-up point or directly to their home mailbox, depending on the delivery address.
Delivery time is typically 1–5 business days from the date of order confirmation. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
6. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.
To exercise this right, contact us at heihei@drinkrevive.no within the withdrawal period. You do not need to provide a reason for your decision. Although consumable goods are generally exempt from the right of withdrawal once opened, we extend our policy to cover these products as well - see our refund policy below.
7. Refund Policy
We offer a no-questions-asked refund policy. If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, simply contact us at heihei@drinkrevive.no and we’ll issue a full refund.
You do not need to return the product. Please allow some time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out to us again.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately upon delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at heihei@drinkrevive.no with your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue.
9. Subscriptions / Fixed Payments
Some products in our store are available as subscriptions, with recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.
Your payment details will be securely stored and charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Subscriptions may auto-renew. To opt out, you may cancel any time.
There are no commitment periods. Therefore, you can cancel or modify your subscription using the link in your order confirmation emails or by viewing your subscription account.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved directly with us, you may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or the Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) for mediation.
Legal disputes may be brought before the ordinary courts of Norway, with Oslo District Court as the agreed legal venue.
